1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming, adjustment and realization of the priority directions of development of science, technologies and the equipment in the Russian Federation and the list of critical technologies of the Russian Federation.
2. Assign the organization, methodical management and coordination of works on forming, adjustment and realization of the priority directions of development of science, technologies and the equipment in the Russian Federation and the list of critical technologies of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.
