1. This Procedure determines requirements to obtaining, use and accounting of charitable (voluntary) fees and donations (further - charitable fees) from legal and physical litsrezident and nonresidents (further - benefactors) directly budgetary institutions and educational institutions, health cares, social protection, culture, science, sport and physical training (further - acquirers).
2. Charitable fees can be provided by the benefactors to acquirers in cash for requirements of their financing in the directions of expenses determined by the benefactor and also as goods, works, services. If specific purposes of use of means are not determined by the benefactor, ways of the direction of charitable fee are determined by the head of organization, institution of acquirers according to the first-priority requirements connected only with the main activities of organization, institution.
