The services in mediation paid at the expense of the state are provided in criminal business in which conciliation runs to elimination of criminal liability according to article 109 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova and Article 276 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova according to the conditions established by this Resolution.
