To provide 1) in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order in mass media;

2) to bring this order to the attention of joint-stock company "The Kazakhstan company on management of power networks of "KEGOC", structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies Smagulov K. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
