According to Item 3 of article 635 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and Item 6 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About enforcement of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code)" I ORDER:
1. Approve form of data on confirmation of the commodity exportation fact by customs authorities from customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan in export regime according to appendix to this order.
2. Provide to tax authorities the direction in the relevant customs authorities of requests about submission of data in the form specified in Item 1 of this order within 3 working days from the date of the beginning of tax audit on confirmation of reliability of the tax amounts on value added shown to return.
3. Provide to customs authorities submission of data in the form specified in Item 1 of this order in the tax authority which sent inquiry within 15 working days from the date of receipt of requests.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Acting Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2007 No. 19 "About approval of form of data on confirmation of the commodity exportation fact by customs authorities from customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan in export regime and procedure for their representation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 4518, No. published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper on March 2, 2007 (1236)).
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
