1. Approve the enclosed Strategy of fight against drug addiction and drug trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2006-2014.
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of development of relevant decisions to be guided by basic provisions of this Strategy.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
