1. Approve Regulations on procedure for project development of creation of open joint stock companies in the course of privatization and privatization of state-owned property it (is applied), approved with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and to enact from the moment of state registration.

2. To administration and control of execution (Stankievich G. P.) to bring this order to the attention of managements of central office of Mingosimuschestvo, regional (The Minsk city) management committees state-owned property and privatizations.
