2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.08.2019 No. 575

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 5/24215; 2007, No. 209, 5/25686):

2.2.1. in Regulations on the fund of insurance guarantees for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance approved by this resolution:

in subitem 2.2 of the word "5 percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 0,5";

add Item with subitem 2.9-1 of the following content:
