1. Determine that:

1.1. the statistical declaration and the periodic statistical declaration are represented by the exporter (importer) or the consignor (consignee) or the customs representative with observance of format and procedure for its filling, determined by the State Customs Committee, to the center of statistical declaring founded by the State Customs Committee.

Submission of the statistical declaration and periodic statistical declaration to the center of statistical declaring by both the exporter (importer), and other legal entity or the individual entrepreneur performing shipment or goods receipt according to the agreement in foreign trade of the exporter (importer) at the request of the last is allowed or if they are specified in the agreement as the consignor (consignee) of goods, only in the presence of the power of attorney of the exporter (importer);
