To the ministry адалат Turkmenistan till one month to prepare offers on entering into the legislation of Turkmenistan of the changes and amendments following from the Code of penal procedure of Turkmenistan and in accordance with the established procedure to provide them to Majlis of Turkmenistan.
After the introduction in action of the Code of penal procedure of Turkmenistan the above-stated laws and other regulatory legal acts before their reduction in compliance with it are effective in the part which is not contradicting this Code.
