Approve the enclosed rates for the services rendered by the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakhstan center of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Kazakhstan center of interbank calculations) for participation in interbank money transfer system, in interbank clearing and in system of exchange of bank messages (further - rates) and to enact them since February 01, 2002.

2. To management of planning and control of the budget (Galiyeva D. T.) in seven-day time from the date of adoption of this resolution to bring it and the approved rates to the attention of the interested divisions of central office of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan center of interbank calculations.

3. To the Kazakhstan center of interbank calculations (Abdulkarimov S. H.) in seven-day time from the date of approval of rates to bring them to the attention of authorized body on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and support of small business, and also users of interbank money transfer system and interbank clearing.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on vice-chairmen of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdulina N. K. (on Item 2) and Zhangeldina E. T. (on Item 3).
