According to the subitem 8) of Item 2 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 20, 1998 "About auditor activities" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed form of information on insurance of civil responsibility of auditing organization.

2. To provide to auditing organizations till March 1 of the year following after accounting year in authorized state body information on insurance of civil responsibility on the form approved by this order.

3. To department of methodology of management of the state assets of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Aytzhanova Zh. N.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
