For the purpose of implementation of article 531 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) I ORDER:

1. To chairmen of the Tax Committees on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty, "Astana - Jean calla":

1) to carry out inventory count of the taxation objects and objects connected with the taxation for retail sale of alcoholic products (further - objects);

2) till May 23, 2003 to notify taxpayers on need of delivery of registration accounting cards of the taxation objects (connected with the taxation) on production and realization of the alcoholic products issued on retail sale of alcoholic products in tax authorities on the location of these objects in form according to appendix 1 to this order;

To organize 3) among taxpayers explanatory work on the matter, including by means of placement of the relevant information at information stands, publications through mass media and holding seminars;

4) to reflect return of registration accounting cards of objects in register of issue of the INIS RK registration cards (daleezhurnat), having specified the reason of delivery of the registration card "Removal from Accounting in connection with Introduction of Amendments to the Tax Code";

5) in case of absence of the taxpayers having registration accounting cards of objects after 15 working days after the notification of the taxpayer in the Magazine the reason of delivery of registration card of the data to specify "Removal from accounting in connection with introduction of amendments to the Tax Code irrevocably of registration card";

To provide 6) till June 9, 2003 complete entering of data in the Magazine on return of registration cards;

7) to appoint responsible persons behind carrying out this work;
