About approval of Rules of provision by employers of data on availability of free workplaces in state bodies of employment of the population

According to article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About assistance of employment of the population", for the purpose of receipt of complete and reliable information about labor demand and increases in responsibility of employers for its timely provision in state bodies of employment of the population, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision by employers of information on availability of free workplaces in state bodies of employment of the population.

2. To heads of the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of form of business, departmental subordination and patterns of ownership to provide accomplishment of the provisions provided in the enclosed Rules.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to create the database, the website of vacant workplaces and to provide control of accomplishment of this resolution.
