5. The republican commission annually till November 15 to submit to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the report on results of the activities.
6. Consider invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 24, 2004 No. 152 "About creation of the Interdepartmental commission on reception of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in higher educational institutions of the foreign states";
- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on October 1, 2004 No. 386 "0b approval of the Provision of the Interdepartmental commission on reception of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in higher educational institutions of the foreign states".
