1. Approve the Order of interaction of bodies of the public executive service and bodies of prosecutor's office in case of the direction and consideration of ideas of the state contractors of involvement of perpetrators to criminal liability which is applied.
2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine to bring this order to permission of the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, prosecutors of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, city, district, interdistrict prosecutors.
