Procedure for the organization and regulation of activities for industries of services of biometric information

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared based on Item 1.4 of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 11, 2008 No. 2944 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About biometric information".

1.2. Services of biometric information (further - Services) will be organized according to types of biometric data for implementation in system procedure within powers of competent state bodies of the tasks of system of biometric identification (further - System) provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About biometric information" (further - the Law), on the following industries:
