For the purpose of control of movement of amounts of the ethyl alcohol made by domestic manufacturers and in pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 1999 "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of ethyl alcohol to producers of alcoholic products (except beer).

2. Employees of territorial administrations of Committee and excise posts shall be informed of the specified Rules on receipt.

3. To provide to territorial administrations of Committee realization of ethyl alcohol in strict accordance with these rules and to monthly submit the report on realization of ethyl alcohol in Committee.

4. To department of legal support of Committee (A. Lepesbayev) to make state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on G. Tolkimbayev - the Vice-chairman of Committee.

6. This order becomes effective since July 16, 2001.
