1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration and operation of radio-electronic means of radio amateur services.

2. To department of communication of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication (Baymuratov A. E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication in mass media.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication Bishigayev A. D.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
