Rules of retail trade of alcoholic products (except beer)

1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" of July 16, 1999 and are directed to streamlining of retail sale of alcoholic products.

2. Implementation of retail trade by alcoholic products (except beer) is allowed only in the presence of the license for retail trade by alcoholic products (except beer), issued to the organizations of retail trade and public catering, irrespective of patterns of ownership in accordance with the established procedure local executive bodies.
