About temporary establishment of rate of import customs duty in the amount of zero (0) percent on the component parts imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus, raw materials and materials

For the purpose of improvement of financial position of the organizations of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Establish for a period of 9 months rate of import customs duty in the amount of zero (0) percent concerning the goods according to appendix imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
