1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for discussion of questions in the field of use of atomic energy with participation of public associations, other organizations and citizens.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes the bases and procedure for discussion of questions in the field of use of atomic energy with participation of public associations, other organizations and citizens (daleeobshchestvennost), including with the public of the states which can be affected as a result of cross-border impact of the planned activities in the field of use of atomic energy (further - the mentioned parties), and also registration and accounting of results of such discussion.
