1. Approve the Procedure for obtaining by insured persons and members of their families of sanatorium treatment which is paid by fund of social insurance for temporary disability which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. The resolution of board of Fund of 27.11.2002 No. 69 "About approval of form 13-FSS on VPT (the book of accounting of permits in sanatorium institutions)".

2.2. The resolution of board of Fund of 02.06.2005 No. 55 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for providing insured persons and members of their families with permits to sanatorium treatment which are acquired by fund of social insurance on temporary disability".

3. Cancel:

3.1. The resolution of board of Fund of 02.04.2008 No. 8 "About approval of the Procedure for obtaining by insured persons and members of their families of sanatorium treatment which is paid by fund of social insurance for temporary disability".

3.2. The resolution of board of Fund of 23.06.2008 No. 32 "About approval of the Procedure for obtaining by insured persons and members of their families of sanatorium treatment which is paid by fund of social insurance for temporary disability".
