About the approval of the list of the processing and service equipment, spare parts and the industrial equipment delivered for own needs of QUVA TEKSTIL LLC and state of emergency of "A.Akbarali" and the customs payments which are subject to exemption

For the purpose of stimulation of increase in production capacities, the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring production of competitive products of the textile industry and expansion of the range of goods:

1. Take into consideration that:

projects on hardware of textile complexes of QUVA TEKSTIL LLC and state of emergency of "A.Akbarali" are included in the list of projects of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2006 N PP-510 "About the program of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry for 2006-2008";

The interdepartmental advisory council on consideration of offers on construction, reshaping and upgrade of the companies of light industry by results of consideration makes the decision on feasibility of release of QUVA TEKSTIL LLC and state of emergency of "A.Akbarali" from customs payment (except for charges for customs clearance) for the processing and service equipment, the industrial equipment and spare parts delivered for own needs.

2. Approve the list of the processing and service equipment, the spare parts and the industrial equipment delivered for own needs of QUVA TEKSTIL LLC and state of emergency of "A.AkbaraIi" and which are subject to exemption of customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance) according to Item 5 of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2006 N PP-510 "About the program of upgrade and modernization of the companies of the textile industry for 2006-2008", according to appendix.

3. Determine that the released funds are allocated for target use for upgrade and modernization of production.

4. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish strict control of target and effective use of the released means. In case of inappropriate use these means are in full collected in the government budget, using penalties, stipulated by the legislation.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
