About approval of the Regulations on the State agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Approve "Regulations on the State agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Bring in "Regulations on the State agency on safe operation in the industries and mountain trade to supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 28, 2007 No. 695 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 12, Article 1245), the following changes:
