For the purpose of increase in production of agricultural products and ensuring development of entrepreneurship in this area of Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
I. Write off the entries into force of this law which are available for January 1, 1999 and not paid about one day tax debts of the sovkhozes, kolkhozes and other legal entities and physical persons which are engaged in production of agricultural products (except processing enterprises), the financial sanctions and the added penalty fee applied to them (except the land taxes on personal plots).
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
