N.) to register this resolution and Rules of creation and submission of the report on distribution of payment turnover on methods of cashless payments and money transfers in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To management of payment systems (Musayev R. N.) to bring this resolution and Rules of creation and submission of the report on distribution of payment turnover on methods of cashless payments and money transfers to data of branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having obliged them to bring this resolution and the approved Rules to the attention of banks of the second level.

4. To department of information technologies (Polikarpov O. Yu.) provide development of the corresponding software and put it into commercial operation in branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in banks of the second level and their branches in the IV quarter 1999.
