Based on subitem 4.673 of item 4 and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve form of the purchase and sale agreement of capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room (except for apartment houses and premises), the incomplete preserved (not preserved) capital structure (except the apartment houses and premises which are not completed by construction) and other real estate which is in republican property according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
