1.3. about the state bodies supervising the organization of work of judicial authorities with indication of:
names and addresses of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, trust phone number (the hot line), availability of preliminary record on personal acceptance (phone number on which record is made), surname, own name, middle name of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, his deputies, chiefs of managements of the organization and analytical ensuring activities of judicial authorities, the organization of work and control of execution of executive documents, personnel and ideological work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, time of reception of citizens by the specified officials, numbers of offices;
