About some questions of collection of tax for use of natural resources (ecological tax)
For the purpose of enhancement of the economic mechanism of environmental management in the conditions of substitution of natural gas fuel oil:
1. Establish from January 1 to March 31, 2009 when calculating payers of the amounts of ecological tax for the emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air which are formed in case of combustion of fuel oil for receipt of heat and (or) electrical energy to the tax rates determined in Item 1 of appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2007 No. 215 "About tax rates for use of natural resources (ecological tax) and some questions of its collection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 118, 1/8564; 2008, No. 213, 1/10029), 0,25 coefficient.
2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
