1. Establish since May 1, 2009 the minimum size of disability pension the serviceman from among soldiers and sailors of conscription service, stipulated in Item "in" article 23 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel", in the amount of 800 som.
2. Establish since May 1, 2009 monthly compensation payments to pensions of participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP and other nuclear facilities civil or military, determined according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" and "About provision of pensions of the military personnel", in the following sizes:
- to persons whose sizes of pensions constitute over 2800 som, in the amount of 300 som;
- to persons whose sizes of pensions do not reach 2800 som, - in the amount determined as difference between 2800 som and the size of the received pension at the same time the amount of compensation payments cannot constitute less than 300 som.
Further in case of increase in the size of pensions this amount of compensation payment for pensioners remains.
3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to dig up necessary financial resources for monthly compensation payments.
