1. These rules determine procedure for establishment of borders of the water protection zones and borders of coastal protective strips of water objects, including designations on the area by means of special information signs (further - establishment of borders).
2. Establishment of borders is directed to informing citizens and legal entities on the special mode of implementation of economic and other activity for the purpose of prevention of pollution, contamination, instruction of water objects and depletion of their waters, preserving the habitat of water biological resources and other objects of animal and flora in borders of the water protection zones and about additional restrictions of economic and other activity in borders of coastal protective strips.
