1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of reference of subjects of power industry and the consumers of electrical energy to the group of people who are subject to obligatory servicing when rendering services in supervisory control in power industry;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning rendering services in supervisory control in power industry.

2. Determine that:

the payment procedure of the services in supervisory control in power industry rendered by the system operator and other subjects of supervisory control in power industry established by Federal Tariff Service, including categories of consumers of the services in supervisory control in power industry which are subject to obligatory servicing is applied to the relations on fee on supervisory control in power industry till January 1, 2010;

Federal Antimonopoly Service in case of price fixation (rates) for services in supervisory control in power industry for 2010 and the next years is guided by the Rules approved by this resolution.
