According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.02.2009 N 226 "Questions of price stabilization on domestic freight motor transportations" I ORDER:
1. Approve indicators of average retail prices on automobile fuel for the II quarter 2009 in such sizes for 1 liter:
on diesel fuel - 5, 56 UAH;
on gasoline of the A-76 brand - 4, 87 UAH;
on gasoline of the A-80 brand - 4, 90 UAH;
on gasoline of the A-92 brand - 5, 23 UAH;
on gasoline of the A-95 brand - 5, 43 UAH;
on gasoline of the A-98 brand - 6, 29 hryvnias.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
3. To department of price policy:
provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgate this order on the website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy Panteleenko V. M.
