1. Approve the Method of calculation of payment for issues to the environment.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2007 No. 124-P "About approval of the Method of calculation of payment for issues to the environment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 4694, 2007 published in the Legal newspaper of July 6, 2007 for No. 102(1305), the Collection of acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, May-June).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.

1. This method of calculation of payment for issues to the environment (further - the Technique) is intended for determination of payment for issues to the environment.
2. The payment is levied for the actual amount of issues to the environment in limits and (or) over the established standard rates of issues to the environment:
1) emissions of pollutants;
2) dumpings of pollutants;
3) the placed production wastes and consumption.
3. Calculation of payment for emissions of i-go of pollutant from stationary sources in limits of standard rates of issues is perfromed on the following formula:
