1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure of payments and collections of payment for settlement services of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2004 No. 162 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for collection of service fee on information processing in the automated system of interbank calculations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 91, 8/11070);

the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 15, 1999 No. 4.5 "About the size of the admission fee of the participant of the automated system of interbank calculations (the EXPERT of MBR)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 52, 8/467).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2005, except for Items 8 and 9 of the Instruction on procedure of payments and collection of payment for settlement services of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus which become effective since June 1, 2005.
