Approve "Rules of accounting of forms of allowing certificates for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also decisions on prolongation of term of temporary stay in the Azerbaijan Republic of foreigners and stateless persons as documents of the strict reporting" (are applied).
