According to the Laws of Ukraine "About the state guarantees of recovery of savings of citizens of Ukraine" and "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Carry out in 2009 payment to citizens of Ukraine to compensation of losses from depreciation of the cash savings enclosed till January 2, 1992 in organizations of Savings bank of the USSR and national insurances of the USSR which operated on the territory of Ukraine which legal successors are respectively open joint stock companies "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" (дальшеСбербанк) and National joint-stock insurance company "Oranta" (further - NASK "Oranta"), insurance companies "Dnieper", "Oranta-sich", "Astarta", "Oradon", Oranta-Lugan joint-stock insurance company, and also in the bond of the State target non-interest loan of 1990, state treasurer the obligation of the USSR and certificates of Savings bank of the USSR acquired in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR in general size of 250 million hryvnias including:

1) 87 million hryvnias - to investors from among those which did not receive during 2008 compensation of losses from depreciation of cash savings provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2008 N 1 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2008, N 2, of St.

51), according to the procedure of priority of entering of information about them into the information and analytical system "Register of Investors of Savings of Citizens" within remaining balance of the indexed contribution, but no more than 1000 hryvnias on one investor;
