Rules of financing of development and conducting examinations of feasibility statements on republican investment projects

1. These rules are developed based on article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 2003 "About the republican budget for 2004" and determine procedure for financing of development and conducting examinations of feasibility statements on republican investment projects at the expense of means of the republican budget program 004 "Development and examination of feasibility statements on republican investment projects" (the daleebyudzhetny program).

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the central authorized body - authorized body on economic planning;

2) the executive agency - the state body responsible for preparation and implementation of republican investment projects, and also the local executive body responsible for preparation and implementation of local investment projects;
