About basic part of pension

For the purpose of support to pensioners in the conditions of overcoming the risks and threats caused by impact of the global financial crisis, and accomplishment of the provisions of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" I decide:

1. Raise since July 1, 2009 basic part of the pensions granted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" and establish it in the amount of 800 som.

2. The amount of the compensation payments established according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation payments to pensioners in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy" of June 5, 2008 No. 193, is not subject to change in connection with the recalculation of the sizes of pensions following from this Decree.

3. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in accordance with the established procedure according to this Decree to provide timely recalculation of pensions and their payment;

- provide transfer of insurance premiums in investment part of the state pension according to the legislation;

- provide the level of collection of the current insurance premiums not below:

89 percent in 2010;

91 percent in 2011;

93 percent in 2012;

95 percent in 2013;

97 percent in 2014.

4. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- transfer financing of the basic part of pensions established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to the republican budget and provide allocation of money to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in sizes and the terms provided below:

since January 1, 2010 - 20 percent from annual requirement of the funds allocated for payment of basic part of pension;

since January 1, 2011 - 40 percent from annual requirement of the funds allocated for payment of basic part of pension;
