1. The instruction about procedure for carrying out inspection of dishes and products in shopping facilities of public catering (further - the Instruction) determines procedure for carrying out inspection of the made dishes and products (further - products) in shopping facilities of public catering.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction inspection is understood as quality evaluation of culinary products, bakery and flour confectionery on organoleptic indicators (appearance, color, taste, smell and consistence) with rejection of low-quality dishes and products.
3. Each lot of products is exposed to inspection. Batch consider any product quantity of one name, one date and change of the development made in identical conditions on one object.
