The instruction about procedure for approval of conditions of holding video interactive games (further - the Instruction) establishes requirements to content of conditions of holding video interactive games and procedure for their approval by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Ministry of Finance).

For the purposes of this Instruction terms in the values determined by the Regulations on procedure of activities for the organization and holding video interactive games in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2008 No. 201 "About video interactive games" are used (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 92, 1/9612).
