In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2008 No. UP-4058 "About the Program of Measures for Support of the Companies of Real Production Sector, Ensuring Their Stable Work and Increase in the Export Potential", for the purpose of simplification of procedure for registration of permissions to implementation of individual housing construction (reconstruction), approval of projects in the Cabinet of Ministers authorized bodies decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Gosarkhitektstroy and Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assignment on the Centers of the state services.
2. Determine the main objectives of the Centers of the state services regarding registration of permissions to implementation of individual housing construction (reconstruction), approval of projects in authorized bodies by the principle "one window" the organization in the procedure established by the legislation:
preparation of initial and allowing (project) documentation to start construction and reconstruction of housing;
acceptance of the apartment house in operation;
state registration of the rights to real estate in territorial authorities of Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
other procedures performed in case of individual housing construction (reconstruction).
3. Determine that builders have the right to get permissions to implementation of individual housing construction (reconstruction), to approve projects in authorized bodies independently or through the Centers of the state services.
