1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2002 No. 884 "About approval of Rules of use of the means from sales of goods and services provided by the state libraries and the state memorial estates" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 26, the Art. 285);
