About state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts.

2. Determine that state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts is performed by the Ministry of Justice.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 1999 No. 2013 "About state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 5, 5/2307);

subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 1745 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24454).

4. To the Ministry of Justice to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
