2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 1999 No. 139 "About approval of the Approximate regulations on security service of work of local executive and administrative organ" (The bulletin of normative legal information, 2000, No. 2).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
