About the Concept of scientific information support of programs and projects of the State Parties of the CIS in the innovative sphere

The economic council of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve the Concept of scientific information support of programs and projects of the State Parties of the CIS in the innovative sphere it (is applied), provided by Interstate coordination council according to scientific and technical information and considered by the Commission on economic problems.

2. To interstate coordination council according to scientific and technical information together with the interested national information centers coordinating interstate exchange of scientific and technical information (national information centers) in the states to develop and approve in 2009 the Actions plan on implementation of the specified Concept.

3. To the national information centers interested to bodies of industry cooperation of the CIS in case of development and implementation of the actions making impact on information infrastructure of innovative activities to be guided by the Concept of scientific information support of programs and projects of gosudarstvuchastnik of the CIS in the innovative sphere.
