According to the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" and Item 7 of the Procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.04.2009 of N 403, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for creation and maintaining the register of subjects of managing which exercise mandatory engineering supervision of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms which is applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of engineering facilities Datsenko M. S. submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Shevchenko O. O.
