About approval of the Procedure for conducting state examination of town-planning documentation

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting state examination of town-planning documentation which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 20, 2000 N 1577 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting examination of town-planning documentation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, N 43, the Art. 1837).

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism and terms of conducting state examination of town-planning documentation (examination is farther).

All types of town-planning documentation (The general scheme of planning of the territory of Ukraine, the scheme of planning of the territories, master plans of settlements, detailed plans of the territories, projects of building of the territories, town-planning reasons) irrespective of the customer and sources of financing are subject to examination.
All changes which are made to town-planning documentation, including brought by results of public discussion are subject to examination.
3. Minregionstroy provides conducting examination of the General scheme of planning of the territory of Ukraine, schemes of planning of the territories (except schemes of planning of the territory of areas), master plans of the cities of Kiev, Sevastopol, Simferopol, the regional centers, the historical cities, detailed plans of the territories, projects of building of the territories, town-planning reasons in Kiev.
