About approval of the Procedure for provision of basic data for designing of objects of town-planning

According to article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About planning and building of the territories" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of basic data for designing of objects of town-planning which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1999 of N2328 "About the Procedure for Provision of Architectural and Planning Task and Specifications of Rather Engineering Support of Object of Architecture and Determination of the Amount of Payment for Their Issue" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraini, 1999, N 51, the Art. 2537).

Procedure for provision of basic data for designing of objects of town-planning

General part

1. This Procedure determines structure and content of basic data for designing of objects of town-planning and the mechanism of their provision.

2. In this Procedure the stated below terms are applied in such value:

design assignment - the document which contains the requirements of the customer (builder) to planning, architectural, engineering and technology solutions and properties of object of architecture, its key parameters proved within the legislation, costs and the organizations of its construction and which is constituted according to town-planning conditions and restrictions of building of the parcel of land, specifications;

zone of influence of object of town-planning - the zone of direct or its indirect environmental impact established around town-planning object, living conditions and human health which live in the adjacent territory;
